How can I make a reservation?

First Class Limo offers you the convenience of making reservations in several ways. Our professionally trained customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take your reservation by calling 888-466-7934. You may also make your reservation via our secure online service.

How do I know what size vehicle I will need?

First Class Limo’s customer service representatives will work closely with you to determine the right size vehicle for your travel based upon the number of passengers, luggage, packages, etc. We can accommodate single passengers, small and large corporate groups. No matter what your travel needs may be, we have the right vehicle.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours prior the pickup for most locations in the Tri-State area. You may call 888-466-7934 to cancel a reservation.

How will I know when my car has arrived and who my driver will be?

Your chauffeur will be professionally dressed in a a suit and tie and will be holding a sign with your name.

What is your credit card procedure?

Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service except trips with a substantial amount or on a holiday

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation without calling for a cancellation?

This will be considered a "no show" and will be charged the full rate.
